I've tasted the Strawberry Panna Cotta and it's really the bomb! The caramelized strawberry on top is really bursting it's natural flavor while the full-bodied creamy gelatin has a smooth texture that lingers in my taste buds. An enchanting after-taste indeed!
It may look like Lechen Flan but this one is Pudding. I'm not a fan of this but I like the chance of playing with interesting dairy options. I may sound like one obsessed, but I think this Blueberry Cheesecake is so winning, that I was compelled to write a blog about it. The word perfect is a one-size-fits-all-label in the blogosphere. So when I use the word "perfect", it must be really so good. The sweetness suits my taste. It's not too sweet and it's just taste right! At the base it has a layer of buttery & tasty dough followed by a layer of cream cheese and finally topped with caramelized blueberries! Each scoop is smooth and creamy set against the sweetness of the blueberries.
